String and Paper Mountain
For kids who can’t yet read, this craft is simple but also fun to play with! Recommended for ages 3+
Help Nina make it to the top of the mountain! For this craft you will need:
Two pieces of thick paper (color doesn’t matter!)
A 12 inch string
Your picture of Nina
Colored pencils
Scissors
Tape
Using the scissors, cut a large triangle from one piece of paper and a smaller triangle from the other paper to make the mountain top.
Now tape the mountain top to the larger piece of the mountain. Use either scissors or a hole puncher to punch a hole at the top!
Be sure to color Nina with some cool colors! Then use the scissors or the hole puncher to make a hole at the top of Nina.
Tie one end of the sting to Nina. Then thread the other end of the string through the mountain top hole. Tape the string to the bottom/back of the mountain.
Flip it back over! Now pull on the string from the back and watch Nina climb up to the top!
